The reporter learned from Yiwu Customs on the 10th that in the first three quarters of this year, the total value of import and export in Yiwu, Zhejiang province, totaled 354.19 billion yuan (RMB, the same below) , up 29.9% year on year, of which, exports of 322.21 billion yuan, up 25.4% year on year; Imports totaled 31.98 billion yuan, up 103.4 percent year-on-year.
Figures show that in the first three quarters of this year, Yiwu imported and exported 59.84 billion yuan, 51.79 billion yuan, 46.95 billion yuan, 44.45 billion yuan and 38.32 billion yuan to Africa, Latin America, the European Union, the United States and ASEAN, they increased by 7.4% , 26.5% , 64.3% , 59.9% and 12.6% respectively.
In the same period, imports and exports from Yiwu to India totaled 18.29 billion yuan, up 61.6 percent year-on-year, and to countries and regions along the “Belt and Road” belt and road totaled 132.19 billion yuan, up 16.7 percent year-on-year.
In the first three quarters of this year, Yiwu imported 20.96 billion yuan of consumer goods, up 59.5 percent year-on-year, including 2.98 billion yuan of beauty cosmetics and washing products, up 76.2 percent year-on-year. In the same period, Yiwu imported and exported 15.33 billion yuan through bonded logistics, up 174.2 percent year on year.
